BotKiosk is an autonomous service robot for customer-facing environments. It provides visitor management, wayfinding, customer check-in, and interactive service delivery while moving to where it is needed most.

BotKiosk was trialled at a car dealership for contactless customer check-in. The robot greets visitors, collects information, and notifies the right staff member — all autonomously.
During COVID-19, BotKiosk provided a safe, contactless interface for customer interactions, replacing shared kiosks and reception desks with a mobile, sanitised alternative.

Built-in speakers and microphone for voice-based interaction. Ask questions, get directions, or request assistance verbally.
Survey & Feedback
Collect customer feedback and survey responses on the touchscreen. Data syncs to BotConnect for analysis.
Service Delivery
Deliver items, documents, or samples to specific locations. BotKiosk navigates to the recipient and confirms delivery.
Visitor Management System
BotConnect includes a full visitor management system. Track visitors, manage check-ins, generate reports, and integrate with access control systems.
